TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.) TERMS: 80% down payment; 20% upon completion
2.) Quotation valid for 30 days only
3.) Area must be cleared, levelled and free from any obstruction during installation.
4.) Area must be accessible with Harbest delivery truck, otherwise the clients will be the one who
bring the materials up to the jobsite.
5.) Area must have an electrical connection for welding works and other works that needs
electricity
6.) The client/s will provide a safe and clean boarding house for the installers with basic amenities
like potable water, comfort room and electricity
7.) Preparation of materials takes 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of down payment and or the
issuance of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order
8.) Mobilization and Delivery of materials comes after the preparation of materials.
9.) Construction/Installation takes 2-3 weeks’ each unit minimum in a good weather conditions.
