Creds ​is a digital media company that owns the largest community on Linkedin for celebrating
the achievements of software engineers, developers, and coders. We have started with this niche,
and will be expanding to cover other professions. Creds is on a mission to celebrate peoples’
careers, journeys, and life achievements - with most of our team based in Los Angeles,
California, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

In 2024, Creds will be launching a digital media platform and set of B2B tools allowing anyone
to turn their life achievements (certificates, licenses, certifications) into 3D digital collectibles
used to upgrade a Linkedin profile, career, resume & better showcase skills. We’re going to give
Software Developers and then the world of working professionals - an amazing experience of
feeling and being supported along their life journey of achievements that they never knew
existed, and one that - we have already seen inspire people to new heights in their careers and in
their lives! Creds is a game-changing tech startup, providing support for achievements and
world-class personalized digital assets (called ‘Creds) from the touch of your phone.

We’re looking for an All-Star Intern that can help us with our marketing, content, and
community building efforts. A tenacity toward surprising our users with an awesome experience
is critical to our success, and you will be assisting in doing just that!

The right student will be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, loves learning new
things, enjoys being creative, and can thrive in a fast-moving startup culture. This role is all
about bringing Creds to Software Engineers around the world (our current niche), and then
helping to roll-out our Platform to professionals across the world.

Responsibilities
The Creds community reaches thousands of Software Engineers daily, and has fast become the
leading provider of ‘appreciation support’ for engineers around the world. You will be helping to
grow our community through engaging in community building, content production, and overall
marketing efforts.

Note: Don’t worry if you are just growing your skills in those categories, we will train you, and
this is part of the fun:) Your attitude, dedication, commitment, and work-ethic will weigh more
on our decision to accept you into our Internship Program than a current marketing skill set.

In conclusion, this is an Internship that will start small but important - and grow to be big and
very important. We like to empower our interns, give them responsibilities and skill sets they
have for the rest of their lives, and give them ownership of their projects. So, be ready for a fun

Responsibilities & Roles Throughout Your Internship:

● The ins-and-outs of online digital marketing
● Social Media skills, support, planning
● Content building, creating, launching
● Working closely with our operations teams to streamline process
and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business

Note: If you are applying for a ‘Data Analysis Role’ or a ‘Writing Role’ you will be assigned to
those roles within our Marketing Team, but will also have the opportunity to learn some of the
above bullet points.

Internship Commitment:
● Fully remote. Work from home. Communication via slack and google video calls.
● 5 month minimum stay with us so we have time to put some big things on your resume!
● 20hr/week time commitment on a ‘flex schedule’. Meaning, you can work any time of the
day/night/weekend - as long as you commit to putting in the hours on your projects.
