HELLO PAISA CASH CONVENIENCE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “Promoter” of this Promotion is Shoprite Money Transfers (Pty) Ltd, an affiliate of Shoprite Holdings Ltd.
2. The Promotion is available to all South African ID or passport holders of 18 years and older, residing in South
Africa.
3. The Promotion will be available from 1 November 2023 to 30 November 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
4. To gain access to the Promotion, Shoprite Send customer must send R500.00 (Five Hundred Rand) or more in
one transaction to Zimbabwe via Shoprite Send. The Shoprite Send money recipient will receive a Econet
Airtime voucher to the value of $1 (one Dollar) when they collect their money by selecting Cash Convenience
and Hello Paisa as a payout point in Zimbabwe, while stocks last.
5. The airtime voucher will have no expiry date.
6. A copy of these terms and conditions can be found on www.termsconditions.co.za throughout the Campaign
Period.
7. Neither the Promoter nor its agents or suppliers will be liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims or damage
(“Losses”) in any way related to the Promotion, including but not limited to Losses arising from vouchers not
being successfully sent, processed or delivered. Vouchers will not be re-sent or reissued.
8. The Promoter in its sole discretion is entitled to cancel any voucher if the Promoter finds or suspects that:
8.1 fraud or cheating occurred, including without limitation, that a customer made use of the Promotion
through the manipulation of code or falsifying of data;
8.2 referrals were made by organised groups or applications that were automatically generated by
computer.
9. The Promoter is entitled to change or cancel the Promotion, or end the Campaign Period early without notice,
if deemed necessary in its sole discretion. In the event of such change or cancellation, customers will have no
recourse against the Promoter, its suppliers or agents.
10. Customers who access the Promotion agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
11. Protecting customers’ personal information is important to Shoprite Money Transfers (Pty) Ltd. For more

12. The Deals are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with WhatsApp or any other
social media channel and customers acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and its
agents only and not to any social media channel.
