Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) and together
with Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF).

Graduated last April 2016 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and passed my licensure
examination September of the same year. And attained Civil Service Professional Level
Eligibility conducted by Civil Service Commission on March 18, 2018. Currently employed at
Department of Public Works and Highways as an Engineer II with more than six years of
work experience.

Studying BSCE under ETEEAP will not only elevate my career but also help me understand
and appreciate technical information acquired in the contruction field.

And with the guidance of MSEUF as one of the leading institutions of higher learning thru its
track record of quality educational system and facilities. I believe my decision to apply for
this program in your university is the right choice to gain professional knowledge.
