We are now done! You have been amazing today, but sadly I’ll have to dismiss you since our
appointment together is now over. I wish you a good day and thank you for coming!

IF IT’S NOT FOR WHAT THEY HAVE BOOKED : Oh my, it seems like the Receptionist booked
another type of appointment for you, sadly you will have to rejoin.

But no worries, you can come back to me once you have the correct type of appointment.

CLEANING (DA)

We will now start, please say «Ahh!».

- Hand scales the clients’ teeth -

- Uses a machine scaler to scale them -

Now time for toothpaste! You can choose between Mint, Bubblegum or Strawberry!

- Puts the toothpaste on toothbrush -

- Begins brushing teeth with it -

- Rinses and suctions -

- Applies fluoride treatment to the surface of the teeth -

We are now over, please do not eat anything for the next hour to prevent the fluoride from rubbing
off!

CHECK-UP (DA)

Before we start, I have a few questions for you, are you ready?

- Checks mouth for cavities -

- Checks mouth for plaque and tartar -

- Takes an X-ray of their teeth -

Alright, seems like I’ve seen a cavity, no worries though, you can book an appointment for filling to
cover it!

SEALANT (DA)

Do you have any questions before we begin?

Alright, please open your mouth!

- Thoroughly rinses and suctions the tooth -

- Applies etching solution to where the sealant is placed -

- Uses an air nozzle to ensure the tooth is dry -

- Prepares and applies the sealant -

 - Makes sure it’s positioned correctly -

- Cures the sealant with a curing light -

WHITENING (DENTAL HYGIENIST)

Great, please open your mouth!

- Places retractors into the mouth -

- Applies protective gel over their gum -

- Applies the whitening gel onto the surfaces of the teeth -

- Activates the gel using an activating light -

- Allows it to sit before rinsing and suctioning -

- Removes the protective gel from the gums -

We are now done, your teeth may be sensitive for some time after the treatment, please do not eat
anything for the next hour to prevent staining aswell!

FILLING (DENTAL HYGIENIST)

- Numbs the area around where the filling will be taking place -

- Drills the cavity -

- Makes sure all infected or broken parts of the tooth are removed -

- Suctions -
 Would you like a gold, ceramic or silver filling?

- Applies the filling -

- Sets it using a setting light -

We are now done, your teeth may be sensitive for some time after the filling, also be careful when
disturbing the tooth!

BONDING (DENTAL HYGIENIST)

- Color matches a composite resin to the color of the teeth -

- Abrases the surfaces of the teeth that are being bonded -

- Applies the resin tot he surfaces of the teeth that are being bonded -

- Cures the resin using a curing light -

- Polishes the surfaces of the teeth -
