STEP ___:
Brush the inside of your upper and lower teeth. Remember to reach and
clean back molars too.

Use a bit of toothpaste. Not much. A pea-sized amount will do.

Now you should clean the rest of your mouth brush gently inside of your
cheeks and your tongue

Spit out any excess toothpaste and rinse

upper and lower teeth. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle.

Having a balanced diet and avoiding too many sweets are two of the best
practices to keep your teeth healthy.
If the bristles are frayed, switch your old toothbrush for a new one
