    Warm-up
    Today, you’re going to speak about family and friends. First, do exercise 1 (p. 32):
    describe all the pictures and answer the questions. Then, do activity 5 (p. 32), using the
    phrases in exercise 4 (p. 32). Try to answer the following questions: What might be
    happening?

    1. Who are the people in the pictures? Describe them.


    2. In your opinion, what are their relationships? Why?
    3. What might be happening?

    MONOLOGUE: FAMILY AND FRIENDS

     Read the introduction to the topic and the suggestions.


     Choose at least 3 ideas to discuss. You may add your own.
     Talk about the topic for about 3-3:30 minutes

     Different types of friends.


     Changes in the traditional family model.
     The right time to fly the nest.
     The secret to a happy family (respect, love, team-
    work, commitment, etc.?).
     The most important causes for family rows/ fights
    with friends.
