card will be provided as well from the booster club to help offset food costs.

MEAL REIMBURSEMENT AT MSHSL STATE TOURNAMENTS

● All meal receipts must be itemized (showing details of the purchase, not just the credit card
summary.)

● They must be original copies and for purchases made only during the time of stay, which is set
by the activities director or principal.

● No purchases can be made beforehand for food to bring along (ex: cannot use receipts from like
Wednesday that you used to buy food).

● $25.00 is paid per day set by the activities director or principal, and cannot be banked by
purchasing more one day and less on another.

● Bring a credit card, visa, or debit card to the Target Center, as cash will not be
accepted at the Target Center.

*STATE SHIRTS & WARM-UPS*

THURSDAY 2/15 - Send-off and Pep Fest ~ section shirt and jeans or leggings.

FRIDAY 2/16 - dancers bring costumes, warm ups, and fly girl jacket; kick dancers wear spirit wear

SATURDAY 2/17 - Spirit wear, jackets, or green and white (let’s look somewhat uniform that we look
like a team)
*BEHAVIOR – We expect all of our Fly Girls to appreciate this opportunity and behave like young ladies
at all times – with appropriate manners, language, and behaviors. We are guests in the Twin Cities,
representing our School and Community at all times. When you are in the Target Center – you are
watching Dance, not wandering aimlessly. When you are at the hotel, you are using your “library voice”
