SCENE ONE

Belinda

I know what you did, I saw you with him.

Riley

What do you mean? I don’t understand…

Belinda

How could you do this? I’m telling Peggy.

-Belinda turns around to leave and Riley goes in for the Kill. Belinda falls from the stairs and Riley
looks at Belinda’s lifeless body and looks at her trembling hands-

Riley

What have I done?

SCENE TWO

-Riley comes in to the interview room-

Interviewer

What was your relationship with the victim? And what happened that night?

Riley

I had a very stable relationship with Belinda, but we did have our ups and downs. But at the end we
managed to come together. After what happened I’m truly upset to loose a friend like that, and I’m
trying to grow spiritually as a person.

Interviewer

But that never answered my question Miss Regnolds…

 SCENE THREE

Interviewer

Miss Smirgoff-

Peggy

It’s Mrs. Smurgen.

Interviewer

My pardon, Mrs Smurffen, where were you and your husband the night of the murder?

Peggy

I don’t know where my husband was, but I was raiding- I was learning how to dance.

Phil

Um well, I was actually in the kitchen, making myself a cup of tea. Two sugars and cream. I heard
sounds of shaking I thought it was a ghost I went to investigate and there she was, dead. I couldn’t
believe it. Actually, me and Belinda used to go way back, we used to date… She was a right hassle
but I loved her-

Interviewer

Okay, okay, that’s enough.

SCENE FOUR

-Phil and Riley have a hushed conversation-

Riley

What the hell have I done? What the hell have we done?!

Phil

It’s fine honey, don’t worry. We soon will get away with this.

-Narration-

Belinda

Belinda walked in on Riley and Phil kissing, she confronted them about their actions and about Phil
being married to Peggy. Belinda turned around and her fate was sealed.

SCENE FIVE

Interviewer

Do you know who did it or have any suspicions?

 Phil

Do I know who did it? Probably my wife, she is a bit of… She is a bit of work. I’m not saying it’s her
but if any possibility it was between us it would clearly be her. She is very delusional and psychotic.
But that’s the joys of marriage.

-Cuts to Peggy-

Interviewer

So do your husband did it?

Peggy

No, of course not. He it such a sweetheart… We match outfits! Come on! That’s a dumb question.

SCENE SIX

Interviewer

Do you know who did it?

Riley

No, I don’t pay attention to this kind of crap.

Interviewer

What about that stain in your shirt?

Riley

Oh, I just got some food.

SCENE SEVEN

Interviewer

-People walk out, Peggy gets attacked and people panic-
