Recurso 20: What have we done?

1. Watch the video “Leonardo DiCaprio’s moving speech on climate change” and fill in
the gaps

a) Everyone knew it had to end but no one had the political will to stop it.

documenting how this crisis is changing the natural balance of our planet.

h) It has become a runaway freight train bringing with it an impending disaster for all
living things.

i) We had the means of stopping this devastation, but simply lacked the political will to
do so.

Mankind was given a marvelous and beautiful planet, and look what we have done (1. do) to
