I. ACTIVATE

A curriculum framework is a structured outline or plan that defines the goals, content, and
methods for teaching and learning within an educational program. Its main purpose are.

 Guidance – a curriculum framework provides a clear roadmap of what should be taught.


 Consistency – curriculum framework ensures that there is a consistency of what the students
are taught across different classrooms, schools, or even regions.
 Alignment – it aligns the curriculum with educational goals and standards.
 Flexibility – it allows educators to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of their students and
the specific content.
 Assessment – it helps with the development of assessment tools and methods.
 Communication – it serves as a common language for educators, administrators, and
stakeholders to discuss and collaborate on curriculum development and improvement.

II. ANALYZE and ABSTRACT

At present there are several relevant issues in the Philippines curriculum particularly in the
context of Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education. The following are the current and relevant
issues in curriculum multilingual environment,this diversity in language and dialects may affect the
learners, next is the difficulty in translation, it is a common challenged in the Mother Tongue Based-
Multilingual Education curriculum, languages are deeply intertwined with the culture. Translating
educational content invovles understanding not just the words but also the cultural context 3 rd is the
resources or the instructional materials producing quality translated materials requires resources
trained translators. The conceptual framework that we seen may help to address the issues because
it may be a way to have a solid learning foundation.
