Revenue Department for the excavation

of plot within MIDC area.

Dear Sir,
There was a long pending demand from industries as well as
industries associations for waiver ·of royalty charges on the excavation
work being done by the allottees of MIDC while development of plot. The
request is now finally considered by the Govt in Revenue & Forest Dept
and the guidelines in this respect are issued by the Govt vide its GR
NO.9o/0~o(S)/Il:w.~(s)/?tl dated 7-01-2011. A copy of the said GR is
enclosed for your information.
It is requested that the above decision of the Govt of
Maharashtra may be brought to the notice of all the industries members.
