LACK OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN EVERY STUDENTS

I have interview the teacher’s name sir Rodel Jordan

He said the biggest problem in education in our country is lack of financial support in every
students. Because their parents have no work . A lot of student are poor and cannot afford school
commodities , and they have a lot of siblings that’s why they cannot go to school. He said the
parents of students they have no work and a lot of family problem. He said the solution in these
problem is the government must provide free education for every students that are very poor and
they must provide a subsidy in every students that have cannot be afford education.
That’s why he said education is one of the key to success for every students and their
family. When they pursue their education they are successful someday. And get a better life to
their family. Every students must have learn how its important education in our life. Because a
lot of problem like for example the lack of income there is a way. As a teacher I suggest to all
parents we must a way to get our children to school. And we must pursue our jobs to get the
better life of our children. Every students must have a right choice in their life.
Money are important in the world today, however the problem is that some people have lots of it,
and most people have less than enough. Especially most of the college students are facing
financial crisis because they do not have the knowledge on how to manage their money. When
college students facing financial crisis, they would be facing a lot of stress and could not
concentrate on the lecturer which will bring impact to their academic performance such as their
grades and result and that will affect their future when finding jobs.

She said the problem of every students is A lot of students are working in early age to help their
parents. And give their daily needs. They have cannot go to school, because of they have
working. She said one of the biggest challenge why student is working , because of poverty and
to help their parents. For every students that have working in early age money is important to
their lives to give their parents the daily commodities. She said in modern society a lot of
students are very high IQ and we must study hard to make our lives success someday. She said
the solution in these problem is the government must provide a scholar subsidy for every
students that have cannot afford education.

She said a common trait of student work is its very high degree of flexibility
compared to that of non-students. Nevertheless, the structure of student labour does not lead us
to believe that student workers are particularly prone to be present in the precarious segment of
the labour market. Basically one common advantage of a working student is that they will earn
money. With this, they can relieve their parents’ burden and can support their own life. Studies
prove that working students are more confident and can mount better time-management skills
than students who are not employed because a simple part-time job can provide both training and
experience. It can also polish their organizational and multi-tasking skills.
LOW SALARY IN EVERY TEACHERS

She said one of the biggest problem in education in our country is low salary in every teachers.
She said the teachers have right to complain their problems in government. For being a teacher is
not a simple to teach the children, because a lot of children are hard to teach. And a lot of
children are cannot know how to read a book that’s why we are teachers our passion is to teach
childrens. Teachers are one of role model in our society. Because they teach the students how to
be a good person and how to learn a knowledge. To know important the of education in our lives.
She said the solution in this problem must provide the government a subsidy for every teachers
in our country and they must high the salary.

She said a lot of teachers are migrating abroad , because of high salary and service. I
chose this social issue on the low salary of public school teachers because I believe that our
teachers and mentors are great individuals who help us gain more knowledge and mold us into
persons we want to be. They are the sources of wisdom and knowledge which we benefit from. I
think that they should receive more of what they have right now based on their salaries. It was
reported that one of the highest tax payers in the Philippines are teachers. Despite their low
salary coming from the government, they still manage to pay their taxes religiously.
Documentaries and news reports provide us people such information regarding the current
situation of public school teachers in our country.

All public school teachers should be sufficiently compensated by the government in

terms of salary and benefits. The service offered by the public school teachers is admirable,
considering the compensation given to them which is not comparable to the effort, time and
sacrifice they give.
