- Weekly toolbox meeting is conducted by the supervisor before starting any activity.
- Safety issues discussed during the monthly contractor supervisor meetings.
- HSE training is provided to all workmen who newly joined.
- The Induction is training is mandatorily given to all the workers prior allow to work inside the plant.
- Provision of PPE for all
- Special training on Operators of walk-behind machines (Ex; Battery operated hand trolleys/ pallet trucks
etc.,) are provided
- Employees/contractors are made aware relevant to the achievement of EHS policy, objectives and targets will
be provided to all personnel. Employees will have an appropriate knowledge base, which includes training in
the methods and skills required to perform their tasks in an efficient and competent fashion and knowledge of
the impact their activities can have on the environment and occupational health and safety if performed
incorrectly.
