Revisión Sistémica de Literatura: Técnicas de Intervención Psicológica en Niños Con Diagnostico Oposicionista Desafiante
Abstract
The following article is based on the review and literary identification of the psychological
intervention techniques in children with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) from the
different psychological intervention approaches; reflecting the importance in the exploration,
and practice that should be taken as a treatment strategy from the manifestations of
aggressive, irritable, disobedient, impulsive and defiant type presented in the infant-
adolescent age, usually the symptoms manifested before the eight years of age thus requiring
individual and family accompaniment; On the other hand, the (TOD) shows that it
considerably affects the social-emotional state of children, denoting a greater risk of suffering
from depression or attention problems. On the other hand, the review methodology used in
the realization of this article was systematic literary under the PRISMA methodology, thus
directing a bibliographic search and analysis of documents in the Scopus, Proquets, and Ovid
databases; In these, it was possible to identify the existing problems and to emphasize that in
order to classify and treat oppositional defiant disorder, the sociocultural contexts of negative
behaviors in the child's behavior must be identified, since the causes of the disorder are not
exactly known and must be take into account genetic environmental factors. Finally, the
results obtained from the systematic review showed that the intervention techniques from the
different approaches generate significant changes in the problems denoted by the children in
the family, social and educational contexts, this being part of the analysis, orientation and
psychological therapy.
