Description of Internship/Project:

As an intern assistant, I will take pictures and provide content for behind-the-scenes posts
to help the team with production. In order to help me practice solving realistic cases and
thinking solutions, the company will also provide me with case studies of its business
partners. Finally, closely observing workflows allows me to acquire insight into the
operational dynamics of a professional company.

My Objectives for doing Internship/Project (use the SMART approach for this – specific,
measurable, attainable, relevant and timely)

I’m assigned to behind-the-scenes photography and content writing.

Because B Production is an outsourcing company so their schedule is flexible, which means I

wasn’t given an exact work timeline. However, I will make sure to accompany my team
along with every project which is at least twice per week, in order to observe the workflow
as well as take pictures of behind the scenes.

Moreover, after every field practice with my team, I will edit the pictures using Lightroom
and Photoshop and work with my colleague to create content for B Production’s Facebook
page, at least 1 post per week. Every weekend, I spend an hour to review my work in order
to identify my areas of strength and weakness and how I may develop my abilities.

By continuously practicing with professionals, I will be able to enhance my photography

skills and learn how to utilize Photoshop and Lightroom effectively. Each task will also help
me have a greater understanding of media industry. By eight weeks from now, when the
internship ends, I will have contributed at least eight blogs for the company and enhanced
my skills.
