THE PARTIES, in their positions as mentioned above, have agreed to hold the Final Handover of the
Artificial Intelligence Development and Procurement Project for Autonomous Bus and CCTV.

State that:
1. THE PARTIES agree to….
2. The work is declared completed on ….. month ….. year ……….
3. With this Final Handover of Work, all of GR's obligations to PT MP have been completed and
this contract has ended
4. Through this Handover, PT MP hands over to GR and GR accepts PT MP's acceptance as listed
in the attached list.
5. All guarantees given to PT MP by GR and to GR by PT MP are returned as before.

Thus, this Final Handover Minutes has been prepared in 2 (two) copies for use as necessary.
