1. Avon Products Inc. must conduct in-depth market research to understand


customer preferences, demographics, and purchasing behavior
addressing their specific needs and desires.

2. Avon Products Inc. must implement leadership development by providing


mentorship programs and training sessions from the entry-level to the top-
tier executives to nurture and enhance the skills of existing leaders within
the organization to identify leadership strengths and areas for
improvement that could enable them to develop new marketing strategies.

3. Avon Products Inc. must adopt product innovation to increase their market
share, as well as, transforming their brand image, while extending their
channel of distribution through physical stores and e-commerce platforms,
and strategically expand their market on an international scale.

4. Avon Products Inc. must invest more in their research and development
department in developing more wellness products, containing natural
ingredients with health benefits in their catalog based on consumer
preferences and cultural differences towards self-care and holistic well-
being.
