Qué más? I’m Luis. A Caribbean creative,

writer, editor and marketing and
communication specialist.
I am passionate about powerful content creation as a way to open
new dialogues and strengthen engagement with diverse stakeholders.

I am currently an independent writer and contributor, as well as the

Marketing Manager at matteria, a recruitment agency and HR
consultancy specializing in the impact sector. In this role, I have
gained valuable experience developing communication strategies
and plans to achieve business goals. Before this, I worked at a
content and sustainability agency and some tech-based startups.

I was involved with the Prensa Escuela, a
school communication project for local
schools, where I collaborated as a monitor
in workshops on radio and school
journalism. Additionally, I volunteered with
the MST (Landless Workers' Movement)
in Brazil, as a community radio teacher
with the peasant community living in the
Dom Tomás Balduino camp.
