Facts of the Case (Mga totoong kaganapan)

Mr. Juan Dela Cruz took the cellphone of Ms. Jane Delos Santos while on the table without
the knowledge and consent of the latter. Prior to the incident, Ms. Delos Santos left her
phone on the table and went to the comfort room. When she went back to her table, she
noticed that her phone was missing. Witness John Depp saw Mr. Dela Cruz when the latter
took the cellphone. Mr. Dela Cruz wanted to sell the cellphone. He needed the money to
pay his debt.

Action Taken (Ginawang Aksyon sa Nangyaring Insidente)

The undersigned duty guard promptly acted upon receipt of complaint. I approached Mr.
Dela Cruz and asked him about the cellphone. I was able to recover the cellphone from Mr.
Dela Cruz and returned it to Ms. Delos Santos. I turned over Mr. Dela Cruz to Taguig PNP.
