1. Entrance and parking spaces are restricted to accompanying persons.

Applicants and visitors may park their vehicles on designated spaces inside
the office premises

2. Please show the visitors permit duly signed by the Chief Administrative
Officer (hereto attached) or this Outgoing message issued by the
undersigned to the Security Officer at the time of admission;

3. Applicants MUST bring the following:

● Alcohol/ hand sanitizer;

● Tumbler or bottled water/juices;

● Two (2) valid IDs; and

● Blue ballpen

4. While in office premises, applicants and visitors shall:

● Observe social/physical distancing;

● Avoid handshakes and loitering

5. Late-comers will not be allowed to enter the office premises and

take the examination.
