INTRODUCTION

On-the-Job Training is a form of education used to prepare oneself for responsibilities

and obligations in the line of work. Its importance is that it allows you to learn new things in

real life situations which will impact the way you react on certain condition as well as your

effectiveness in your job.

This also helps practice and hone skills for the betterment and quality of work as you

are allowed to experience the on job training.

The company, the students, the on-the-job training all benefit the student acquire skills

school couldn’t teach through on-job and hands-on experiences as trainees are allowed to see

and even do the actual job of the company’s employee and staffs with proper guidance and

supervision. This will also help employer to locate hires who performed very well

throughout the training.

This program is an exciting way to test your abilities and talents. A novice

learner(trainee) can gain the information, skills, and competencies required to perform the

activities associated with his or her professional role by taking advantage of on-the-job

training opportunities. OJT bridges the knowledge gap between learning and finding a career,

accelerating the process of moving you closer to your career goals. A professional trial run in

a low-risk environment provided by an internship can help you make a more informed

decision about what you want to do with your life.
