Ensure that the final draft of thesis/dissertation submitted to the PGC for the Viva-Voce should be in compliance with the
followings
1. This RCEF (upon approval for viva-voce) should be accompanied with the completed Thesis/Dissertation Final
Draft Submission Form (TFDSF) and all the requirements set forth within.
2. The thesis/dissertation format should be in Harvard Styles and Procedures and the originality report should be
less than 30 percent similarity.
3. The content of the thesis/dissertation should be endorsed by the committee that the information and data are
valid and appropriate. The table below is the guidelines for comments and endorsement by Main Supervisor (MS)
and Co-Supervisor(CS) which is duly to be taken into account for the RC’s final decision.
4. The committee has the right to approve for Viva-Voce, request for amendments and resubmission, re-amendment
after resubmission or reject the thesis/dissertation entirely. The committee will notify Students and Supervisors of
the next course of action.
