Terms & Conditions:


• Exhibitor is required to submit the final stall design with layout plan along with measurements, elevation and perspective, for ap-
proval to organizer on or before 15th February 2024.
• Organizer will issue the Stand Contractor Entry pass / Receipt, which needs to be produced during the possession of stall. Without
Stand Contractor Entry pass/ Receipt, Stand Contractor will not be allowed to start stall fabrication work on site.
• Construction exceeding 14 feet / 4 mtr of height is not permitted.
• Adjoining / back wall need to be covered properly from all sides & should not be kept open.
• Hanging from roof, drilling / nailing on floor/wall, and damage to electrical infrastructure or system panels not permitted and any
damage caused is subject to recovery from the Exhibitor/Stand design Contractor.
• Fabricator should clear / clean the allotted stall space within specified time after exhibition gets over.
• Stall designer will take the empty possession of the bare space to install the design booth and hand over the empty clean space after
dismantling of booth in specified date & time after the end of show.
• Stand Design Contractor needs to adhere the below time schedule of stall construction & Post show dismantling schedule: Refer

• Stand Design Contractor has to work within his demarked area of the allotted stall.
• Stand Design Contractor should not leave his empties, waste, garbage etc. into the aisle.
• Stand Design Contractor will abide by the rules and regulations applicable to the exhibition and The contractor shall be responsible
and liable for all statutory compliance related to this job including Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, PF and
ESIC Act, Gratuity Act, Contract labour laws etc. as applicable.
• Stand Design Contractor need to pay of any damage caused to the hall flooring as determined by the Organizers.
• All stall fabricators / Designers are required to pay ` 3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred only) inclusive of GST, towards
Site & Venue upkeeps / Handling / Convenience & Services Charges, by way of Demand Draft, Online Transfer, QR Scan Code, NEFT
only Before taking the possession of stall for fabrication.
• All stall fabricators / designers are required to pay a refundable Security Deposit of ` 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only),
for each stall in the form of Demand Draft, Online Transfer, QR Scan Code, NEFT only, before taking possession of the stall (i.e. 10
Days advance before the exhibition) towards compliance of above terms / guidelines. (Refer & download details guidelines/Terms
& condition for Stall fabricator AFTER SUBMITION OF THE STALL DESIGN FOR ORGANISER APPROVAL.
• Security Deposit shall be refunded after Ten days after completion of the exhibition, provided the contractor subject to adhere all
above term & guidelines during setup / dismantling days AND hand over the clear allotted space to the organizer within the stipulated
time after completion of the expo.
• For Refund of Security Deposit Fabricator needs to submit Clearance Report signed & stamped by Hall Manager without any remark.
• Security Deposit refunded back into respective bank account, after the 10 days of the event.
