AGITATOR BASE SUPPORT:
Support made entirely of stainless steel
Highly stable and robust rectangular base design
Easy to transport by forklift
With the use of the optional supplements, greater efficiency in the use of
the agitator is obtained.

LIQUID ADDITION TUBE:

This accessory is suitable for incorporating liquid products into
the IBC during agitation.
Benefits: Improves the quality of the mixture by incorporating the liquid
into the product. The mixing is done instantly and the manufacturing time
is reduced.

SOLID ADDITION HOPPER:

This accessory is suitable for incorporating solid products into the
IBC during agitation.
Benefits: Improves the quality of the mixture by incorporating the solid into
the product. Reduces lump formation and reduces manufacturing time.

START/STOP BUTTON PANEL:

It allows the control of the agitator from the IBC itself. The control
unit is equipped with a CETAC 16A quick connector, to connect a
cable in an easy, clean and quick way.
Benefits: It allows the handling of the agitator from the IBC itself.
We avoid transporting the agitator by hanging cables, thus avoiding
accidents and extending the useful life of the equipment.

FREQUENCY INVERTER INTEGRATED INTO THE MOTOR:

Variator integrated in the motor in a compact and clean way.
Incorporates start/stop and potentiometer.
Benefits: It allows the regulation of the rotation speed to adjust the
agitation according to the production needs in the same IBC having at all
times the control of the operation.

For a better selection of the Agitator it is necessary to take into account the Density and Viscosity of the product,
and to know the type of agitation required so that the mixing time is optimal.
