FEED MOTOR WITH MECHANICAL
PARKING BRAKE

 Feed motor with mechanical parking


brake to solve drifter creeping down.
 Brake valve built-in the rear flange for  
developing actual braking force in the
motor by throttling the oil using some
clearances on the valve to stop the
motor.

Releasing the surge pressure in the


motor at the above-mentioned condition.

It helps to prevent development of


cavitation from the motor

Releasing the parking brake to turn the


motor.

HEAVY DUTY HIGH QUALITY
D/C SUCTION HOSE ON COOLING UNIT

 D/C suction hose between pre-skimmer


to D/C is separated for easy replacement
as regular suction hose out side of the
enclosure.

 D/C suction hose located on the cooling


unit is heavy duty high quality.

 The both ends of hose are equipped with


two wear-resistant flanges made with
polyethylene rosin.
Inside of the hose is also coated by
polyethylene rosin.
It can reduce friction inside of the hose.
This can be minimized wear of the hose

& the flanges.
