Based on what sir ace said, we need to change some of the questionnaire’s part in Appendix A, regarding to the following questions of our
research paper. He advice to relate some of questions of knowledge of sexual relations into perceived risk of sexual promiscuity behavior
into one set of questions. And also, he stated that our research paper will give awareness and knowledge to the readers and students, and
not to offend other minor students in senior high school. He stated that we need to relate the knowledge in sexual relation to perceived risk
of sexual promiscuity as part of questionnaires in Appendix A and remove the term behavior if we will do another set of questions. And also,
we need to provide additional information and questions to support the main content of our paper, so the readers will understand the
purpose of our study.

Ma’am Elaine commented to our title that we need to replace or add the Knowledge/Awareness. Ma’am mentions our format for
introduction, define our variables and remove the word/sentence such as the rapid growth of HIV positives and behaviors. Also, for
methodology Ma’am suggested to replace the word printed copy instead of hardcopies and also mention the table for interpretation for
Perceived Risk on Sexual Promiscuity.
