Take your spit in palm and rub it in palms. Apply to closed eyes.
Eye problems, sore eyes, dark circles, white discharge from eyes,

Gargle cold water and take some water in the palm and put your eyes in
the water of palm. Open and close eye lids.
Acupressure points of eyes: Press web of forefinger and middle finger
200 times.
Apply paste of one desi tomato (round) and four to five drops of lemon

Eye exercises: Left and right movements of eyes, top and bottom,

Take 1 spoon triphala churnam powder, 1 spoon honey and 1 spoon cow
ghee every night after dinner. Eyesight improves, wrinkles around eyes
and dark circles will disappear.
Take one cup of clean water to the brim. Put each eye into it and move
eye lids to the top/bottom, left/right, clockwise and anticlockwise
directions.
Benefits: The praana shakti of water reaches the eyes and eyes
strength increases.
Add Carrots, Papaya, Alternanthera Sessilis [Koypa (Marathi),
Honganne (Kannada), Ponnaganti koora (Telugu),Ponnanganni
Keerai(!"#$%#&'() *+,)(Tamil)], Mung bean (moon dal), Eclipta
Alba, Punarnava leaves to your regular diet. They help improve eye sight
in few months.
