WET CUPPING (HIJAMA BISH-SHART)

Introduction
❖Hijama bish-Shart is a well known technique of Imala wa Istifragh ( Diversion & Evacuation ) where blood having morbid
material is drawn out from scarified skin surface through the application of cups .
❖Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas :
The Prophet (PBUH) said , “ Healing is in the three things : A gulp of honey , Cupping & Branding with fire ( Cauterization ). But I
forbid my followers to use ( Cauterization ) branding with fire.’’

Indications Contraindication

➢ Bone fracture
