MAIN BODY OF THE FILLER

The body of the Rotary Filler will be made from thick and good quality M.S. Plates, properly machined
outside completely lined with thick S.S. Sheet. The unit will be driven by 5 H.P. Motor, coupled to a
Reduction Gear, suitable for operation on AC/415V/3Phase/50Hz supply. The unit will be provided with
S.S. Doors one on each side for cleaning, greasing and oiling purposes. The unit will be provided with
centralized lubrication system for all the moving parts inside the body.

FILLER BOWL FILLING SECTION

On the top of the machine a big bowl fabricated from SS-316 AISI quality
S.S. Sheet will be provided.

TOP OF THE FILLING MACHINE

The rolling cam supports thrust load and radial load through its
inner bearing. The inner ring of the rolling cam is supported by two
metals at the center and cam angle can be freely changed by a jack.
Therefore, when the angle is determined, this inner ring is
supported at the three points. The inner ring is fixed while the outer
ring is freely related. Besides, the same amount of pillow ball rod ends as the valve heads are connected
to the piston through a connecting rod.

The outer ring is also equipped with a roller follower which receives a drive force from the rotary table,
thus moving up and down according to the outer ring rotation. A change in volume can be obtained by
changing the angle of rolling cam with the help of rolling jack

The measuring / filling unit is composed of a cylinder for measuring liquid, a piston, a cock for
determining direction to the filler bowl and nozzle and a cock body.

VALVES
Trip lever rotate the rotary valve by 90 and connects the cylinder to the nozzle. Once the rotary valve is
actuated, product flows through rotary valve slot and nozzle to the bottles.
Rotary valve is then close with another fixed type trip level at delivery end. Before the trip level rotate
the valve, suck back stroke takes place. Bottles then deliver to the out feed star wheel.

NO BOTTLE - NO FILL DEVICE

The unit is fitted with a NO BOTTLE-NO FILL device operated on pneumatic system. The compressed air
requirement is 4cfm at 6 kg/cm2. The machine will not be supplied with the compressor.

CHANGE PARTS
The unit will be supplied with one set of change parts, suitable for one size, shape, diameter and height
of bottles.

ROPP CAPPING SECTION: -
On the top, the unit will be provided with 08 Sealing Heads, made from
high carbon high chrome steel precision machined, duly hardened and
ground suitable for standard ROPP seals. The entire top rotating
mechanism will be covered by a S.S. Dome with a door at the back for
cleaning, greasing and oiling purposes.

AUTOMATIC CAP FEEDER:-

Machine will be fitted with a suitable Hopper / Disc Feeder for
automatic feeding of caps onto the bottle necks through cap chute &
shoe mechanism. The Cap Feeder will be operated by a separate motor
of 0.5 H.P. Cap Feeder stops as cap chute filled upto a pre-set level and
start again when the level decreases.

1. Better Aesthetic Look of the machine by providing the drainage tray inside the main block of the
machine.

3. Individual Neck Grippers for better centering between filling nozzles and bottle, during filling
operation.
4. All Nozzles are tightened with tri-clamp which makes the removing of the nozzle changing much
easier & faster.
5. Provided with clutch mechanism in all Star Wheels and Worm for safety purpose during bottle
movement.
6. Easy adjustment of Worm with the help of provided hand-wheel.
7. No Bottle No Filling Cylinder with clutch for safety of Rotary Valves in-case of jamming.
8. Quick and tool less change over for different change parts.
9. Pressure release valve in cylinders. In case, the rotary valve rotates half, product is not
discharged from the nozzle or flow back into the tank, avoiding the damage of rotor, pin &
piston seal.
10. A sensor is provided to maintain a minimum number of bottles at the infeed which avoids
volume variation in case of stoppage of machine due to non-availability of bottles at the infeed.
11. Outer jamming sensor is provided to avoid accidents in case of jamming of bottles at the outfeed
of the machine.

OVERLAP CONVEYOR 2 FEET + 2 FEET LONG : -

Overlap Conveyor 2 Feet will be provided for smooth transfer of bottles from one conveyor to another conveyor.
This conveyor will run parallel to the other 2 Feet Conveyor and the guides will be
provided so that the bottle is transferred across smoothly.

DRIVE UNIT – 1 H.P. : -

Imported Drive (Bongfiglioli Make –Italian) with speed adjustment by VFD. It will be a combined
unit (Motor & Gear Box).
