PROMISSORY NOTE

Philippine Peso: 900,000.00

February 24, 2024

FOR VALAUE RECEIVED, I unconditionally promise to pay to the order of Naruto

S Kagawani principal sum of nine hundred thousand pesos only (PHP 900,000.00) for
period of twenty-four (24) months, due and payable without need of due notice or
demand every 24th day of the month starting March 24, 2024 to March 24, 2026
provided that a late payment penalty of five percent (5%) per month shall be added on
each unpaid installment from due date thereof until fully paid.

I further promise to pay interest on this Note at the rate, time and manner set
forth in our Loan Agreement. The interest of this Note shall be fix of five percent (5%)
per annum throughout the term of the Loan and shall be payable arrears computed
monthly.

If I fail to pay any principal and/or interest under the Note when due, I shall, on
demand by the lender, pay a penalty of charge at the rate of 1.5% per month, computed
from the due date thereof until full payment.
