    A techno commercial role where the incumbent will closely work with Auto dealers working
    on their profitability, technical resolutions & customer satisfaction.

    Ensure Customer satisfaction - Speed & quality of concern closure (Escalated concerns)

    Workshop Processes & Management Systems - Ensure process parameters in place at


    workshops

    Dealership Profitability - Ensure target achievement by adhering to to yearly Business Plan

    Channel reach & Manpower adequacy

    Dealership Satisfaction Score
