1. Engage ENGAGE IN READING: Media Literacy and Information Literacy: Similarities and
(Day 1) Differences
Exercise 1: Engage in recognizing and recalling of facts. Please read the selection
entitled, “What is Technology Literacy” and abstract of an article entitled, “Media
Literacy and Information Literacy: Similarities and Differences”. ( Please read the
Teacher-Made Learner’s Home Task Template on pages 1 to 3.) Or download the

Guide Question:
Can you write down 10 keywords in relation to information literacy and media
literacy? Use five keywords in sentences stating facts and use five sentences
expressing opinions. Write down your answer in the separate sheet of paper.
