First of all, Let me extend my sincerely thank you to all my Brothers

Lapulapu Central Supremo Eagles Club, North Central Eagles
Club, South Central Eagles Club, and our father club Cebu Central
Eagles Club, nakita nako ang dakong respeto ug pagsalig dili lang sa
akoa, kun dili apil na sa uban natong Regional Officers na makig
tambayayong sa akoa haron matuman ang atong mga pangandoy isip
One Central Eagles Region.

Cruz, all club Presidents, past and present, in CVR1 present today, let
me also extend special thanks to our adviser Eagle Mayor Aljun
Diamante for the guidance and mentorship, but this event would not
have happened and should be credited to the founders who started
Cebu Central Eagles Club namely our Vice Governor Kuya
Bimbong Megio, my sponsor and now a fellow lawyer Kuya
Johnrey Saavedra, Kuya John Delfino, Kuya Jun Reyes, Kuya Deryl
Vargas, Kuya Ed Mendez, and the most improved golfer Kuya Nigel
Wenceslao sa inyong continued guidance and leadership for the
sponsoring club Cebu Central Eagles Club.
Ang One Central theme “Brotherhood of leaders with servant’s heart -
committed to serve” nagpakita lang how committed we are to spread
our wings for service to humanity.

Atong ipadayon pag serbisyo under the four pillars of Eaglism:

 First, BROTHERHOOD – atong palig-onon atong panagsuonoy

pinaagi sa mga activities nga makatabang sa personal nato mga
kinabuhi.
 Second, SERVICE – atong ipadayon ang pagserbisyo sa
kinaiyahan thru our environmental projects (tree growing,
adopt-a-mountain if not a forest, mangrove planting), atong
adopt-a-school program, Community Medical Mission in
Partnership with Rotary Club of Cebu South and other
Organizations.
 Third, UNITY – atong supportahan atong mga leaders para
makita sa atong members that we have one direction in this
fraternity that is service for God and Country and not loyalty
to any person or personalities
 Fourth, DIVINE POWER – we will honor his name in
everything we do, I encourage each Kuya to do random acts of
kindness to strangers in need.

Dako nako nga pagsalig that as I journey with you all mga kuya in
CVR16, atong mapatuman atong mga plano ug pangandoy in the
spirit of strong brotherhood.
That's why tonight, akong dawaton kining dakong hagit not because I
am capable and able, but because naa kamong tanan nga makig-uban
nakong mulopad padulong sa pagkab-ot sa atong pangandoy;

Akong dawaton kining dakong hagit dili tungod kay ako ang gipili
ninyo nga GOVERNOR but akong gidawat tungod kay nakita nako sa
usag usa ninyo mga kuya, that you are as committed as I am, that
you are as visionary as I am and that you are as caring and
concerned as I am, dili lang sa atong mga Kuya in CVR16 but with our
fellow kuya in the entire Eagle movement-- under the TFOE-Philippine
Eagle.

Let us be reminded that tonight is the night of fellowship to

strengthen our band of brotherhood; Karong gabii atong ipatigbabaw
atong commitment to the greater mission- to serve!

So let's be ready for tomorrow, the first day of our being One Central
Eagles Region.

Tonight, we will say YES

Tomorrow, we will soar the sky and be the best version of ourselves
as Eagle-- ready and willing to serve.
