SEAMEO CECCEP
Term and Condition:
1. The grant awardees will be associated as fellows
at the centre for the period of seven months,
from 1 April to 22 November 2024
2. Applicant should submit the following
documents:
• Letter of application
• Complete CV
• Research Writing Proposal for Writing
Fellowship program
• Screenshot on targeted journal website,
including information on the h-index and Q
position (Q1-Q4)
3. The guidelines for submission
• The paper must be written in English
• Letter of interest
• The research writing proposal should be
structured as follows:
• abstract, keywords, a brief literature review,
methods, brief discussion of preliminary results,
preliminary bibliography.
4. The topic of research writing proposal should
match the theme and flagship of SEAMEO
CECCEP, which include:
• Promoting Children’s and Families’ Well-Being
in Southeast Asian Region
• Children Access and Participation to Quality
ECCE
• Anti-Bias Education in ECCE and parenting
• Holistic and Integrated ECCE
• Other related themes on ECCE and parenting,
preferably in Southeast Asia countries
5. The applicants have to submit their proof of
manuscript submission by 18th October 2024.
As December 2024, all articles are
expected to have undergone reviewed
and recieve at least minor revision status.
6. The research fellowship is non residential
in nature and entails no financial
responsibility of SEAMEO CECCEP except
for the Writing Grant that is payable upon
the completion of the first final draft (see
point 5 above). However, the awardees
might use office space including internet
access in SEAMEO CECCEP.
7. As a fellow, the grant awardee is expected
to engage with, and contribute to,
activities organised by SEAMEO CECCEP
in general.
8. The documents referred to in point 2
including the research writing proposal
should be sent to SEAMEO CECCEP no
later than 22 March 2024.

9. These grants will be awarded to 5 five
selected individuals. Each awardee will
receive IDR 10 million.
