1) That I have applied for a Site/House constructed by the Karnataka

Housing Board under EWS/LIG/MIG/HIG-1/HIG-II Category of EWS
Project at Bangalore Rural District. I have accepted the terms and
conditions contained in your Notification No:
KHB/EE(ALT)/ALT-5/DEVANAHALLI/THAILAGERE/DS/2023-

2) I affirm that I and my family members are residing in the above noted
address. And it is a rented house, and I am paying a monthly rent o Rs
5,500/-
3) I affirm that neither I nor my wife/husband or my minor children own or
possess site, house or flat anywhere in Urban Area/ Municipality of
Karnataka State.
4) I am staying in Karnataka since 10 years.
5) I further reaffirm that I have made my application for allotment of
House/Site under HIG/MIG/LIG/EWS.
6) I further reaffirm that no house or site has been allotted to me or to my
wife/husband by the Karnataka Housing Board or any other Authority in
the State of Karnataka.
7) If any of the statements that I have made in my application and in this
affidavit is found to be incorrect, the Karnataka Housing Board shall be at
full liberty to reject the application or cancel the allotment and resume the
property.
