We, the level III students of Bachelor of Elementary Education of Hardam Furigay Colleges

Foundation Incorporated- Maluso is writing to request your permission to conduct an

interview and survey for a research project that we are working on. We are currently

conducting a study entitled " ANALYZING FACTORS INFLUENCING TEACHERS ATTITUDE ON

STUDENTS ENGAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION USING THE TSRQ METOD" A partial fulfillment

of the requirement in F2 Action Research Subject, and we are interested in conducting

surveys in your respective academic institution, specifically the grade 6 students which are

the primary respondents of this study.

We wanted to gain nuanced insights into their experiences related to the ANALYZING

FACTORS INFLUENCING TEACHERS ATTITUDE ON STUDENTS ENGAGEMENT AND

MOTIVATION USING THE TSRQ METOD. We understand that the privacy and security of your

students are of the utmost importance, and we assure you that all information gathered
 during the survey will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the research

study. We will also obtain written consent from each student prior to conducting the survey.

With regards to this, we would be grateful if you could grant us permission to conduct the

survey at a time and location that are convenient for the students and teachers, and if

necessary, for us to coordinate with the school administration to ensure that the survey does

not disrupt the normal functioning of the school.
