1. Deposit and Payments:


1.1 The Second Party committed to transfer an amount of two gross monthly payment as security deposit.
1.2 Both Parties agreed that the above-mentioned prices are changeable whenever the Second party decided to change the salaries or
nationalities.
1.3 The time to arrange the workers will be immediate if the workers are available right now at the camps of EMDAD company, or from 30 to 60
days if they are not.
1.4 Contractual Period will be 24 Months and will be started from the date of the candidates’ deployed to the client.
1.5 The above prices for 8 hours and 6 days per week.

2. Payments:

3. Responsibilities Table:
Responsibilities of the first party (EMDAD HR Company) – Standard Package
VISA
Pay the VISAs fees Obtaining the VISAs thru Ministry of Human Resources
Recruitment from outside the Kingdom
Sign The agreements with the overseas agencies Issuing E_Wakala & Power of attorney
Booking & Paying for Tickets of the selected workers Assign the aboard agencies (Optional)
Upon Arrival of the workers to KSA
Make & pay for the Iqama Pre-Medical Test Receiving the workers from the Airports and send them to their Housing
Register the workers on GOSI Register the workers on Ministry of Human Resources System
Pay the fees of the Insurance Issuing Medical Insurance (as per policy of the First Party)
Pay the fees of the labor cards Issuing the Labor Cards
Pay the fees of the Iqama Issuing the Iqama
Handover the Iqama, Passport, and medical insurance to the worker Open Bank Account for the workers
While servicing at the client site
Transfer the salaries to the workers accounts as per the timesheet Register the workers on clients’ Ajeer
Pay monthly payment of GOSI Upload the salaries on WPS
Pay the fees of the renewal Renew Iqama, Labor Card, Medical Insurance
Issuing the Salary Certificates for the workers Pay the Vacation pay and EOSB upon eligibility

Recruitment from outside the Kingdom
Choosing the workers
While servicing at the client site
Pay WPS Penalties if happened because of delay the monthly payments Pay the monthly payments and all allowances on time
Three meals daily or pay as food allowance Pay the cost of any kind of license needed for the workers.
Pay for life Insurance (Optional) Pay any government penalties if the client caused that
Provide the timesheet on every 15th of each month Pay in case upgrading the medical insurance class
Provide the PPE for the workers if it is required Contact the account manager if in case any absconding
Make All licenses that needed for the workers, such as Baladya Cards,
Accommodation and Transportation for the workers or pay as allowances
Driving License etc.
