NEXT STEPS EXPECTED IN CASE OF REJECTIONS- In case an application still gets rejected, other Payment modes would get
opened on InstaInsure to proceed from, in the same pre-filled application (Status would get changed to- ‘Proposer Initiated’)

How to avoid EMI request going on ‘Hold’ due to documents
• Preferred Browser- ‘Chrome’ for both android and ios phones

• Preferred System- Mobile rather than Desktop as camera quality is better

• KYC pics to be uploaded in a horizontal view for better clarity

• Name and DOB on the PAN card should match with application form

• All details and documents shared should be of loan applicant/ Proposer

• All documents should be clear and in original. Photoes of a xerox or black


and white version would not be approved

• Adhaar card photos preferable over zip file as that fails due to wrong
password or delay in OTPs from UIDAI

How to avoid EMI request going on ‘Hold’ due to documents
• Selfie should be with clear face visible- No group pics, photo of a photo or full
body photos not allowed.

• In case bank documents are needed in any particular case-

1. Pass book 1 st page with bank stamp and account details

2. Bank statement PDF / Photo with account details mentioned for 1 day atleast.

3. Cancelled Cheque with the account holders name and details clearly
mentioned (instant cheque book with no name WOULD NOT work)

• After clicking selfie, in case back camera does not open, kindly REFRESH the
page. This happens rarely though due to cache issues.

• To click pictures, “Ok” needs to given by prospects on permission pop up. In


case prospect ‘Declines’ permission by mistake, kindly guide to change
settings-
Browser setting > Site settings > Camera > Permission > Allow camera

In case you face any challenges-

Laptop/ Desktop : Please clear your Cache memory (refer to document being shared for steps)

Mobile App Update : Update your Mobile App first and then use InstaInsure

EarlySalary : In case finding issue in one platform, other platform – app or website can be used to re-check once. Both
-Mobile app (with name ‘EarlySalary’ on Google PlayStore or App Store) or website can be used to login request with
OTP validation with the Mobile number shared in Max Bupa application
