Online Briefing Sessions

為協助 助學校 2024/25學年全⾯應⽤「 助學校⼈事聘任 ⼦ 系 」（「系 」）提交聘任表格，讓學校了解以「系 」提交聘任表格的程序 作，
本局現誠邀貴校參加2024年2⽉28⽇（星期三） 2024年3⽉1⽇（星期五）所 辦的「 助學校⼈事聘任 ⼦ 系 」網上簡介 。學校可 2024年2⽉21⽇
或以 下列表格進⾏網上登記。如就網上簡介 任何查詢， 2892 6374或2892 5477 教師⾏政1組聯絡。

To assist aided schools in the full implementation of the “e-Appointment System for Aided Schools” (“EASAS”) for submission of appointment forms in the
2024/25 school year, and facilitate schools to understand the procedures and operation of submitting appointment forms via the EASAS, the EDB now
cordially invites schools to participate in the briefing sessions on the EASAS to be held on 28 February 2024 (Wednesday) and 1 March 2024 (Friday).
Schools can register online below on or before 21 February 2024. For enquiries regarding the briefings, please contact Teacher Administration 1 Section
at 2892 6374 or 2892 5477.
