WAKEFIT OFFICE HOURS POLICY

This policy sets out working hour guidelines for Wakefit employees to ensure consistency
across the organization. The policy will be effective from January 1, 2024, and applies to
all Employees.

Biometric Attendance Monitoring System:


The company has implemented a biometric attendance system for employees to use when
entering and exiting the office for attendance and security purposes.

Office Timing:
The standard office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Employees are allowed a grace
period until 10:30 am and must complete 9 hours of work every day. It is essential that
employees accurately record their working hours using the designated timekeeping
system. You can access and view your daily attendance details on the Darwinbox platform.
If there are any discrepancies or errors in timekeeping, they should be reported to the HR
department for a prompt resolution.

Travel and Fieldwork:


If you are traveling out of station or engaged in fieldwork, mark yourself as On- Duty under
the attendance tab on Darwinbox. For those required to visit the Warehouse/Factory/retail
store, ensure attendance is marked from the respective location’s biometric system.

Leave Management:
Please note that it is mandatory to update all leaves in the Darwinbox system before the
23rd of every month. As a responsible team member, you have to ensure that attendance is
regularized before the deadline to avoid any payroll discrepancies. However, please note
that a maximum of only 2 regularizations are allowed in a month.

Working from home is not permitted, except in exceptional cases and prior approval
must be obtained from the head of the department. Also, please update the same in
Darwinbox as well. There shall be no exceptions In case the nature of the job requires
physical presence of an employee.

These policies are in place to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective time
management within the organization. Every team member is expected to adhere to these
guidelines. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a productive and positive work
environment at Wakefit.
