Policy Guidelines for Work From Home.

Objective

To facilitate a safe work environment due to the ongoing Covid -19 pandemic, where the employee
can perform their work responsibilities from alternate work place.

Scope

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines to managers and employees on how to implement
the Work From Home arrangement without disruption to productivity or team performance as per
business expectations.

Pre-requisite

o Employees shall continue to be governed by all Company’s policies, including without


limiting to policy of usage of company assets, e-mail & internet access, maintaining
confidentiality of Company’s proprietary information, at all times
o Employee must have a computer and an internet connection at home.
o Work From Home must not adversely affect the services to the customer, Business or
the Team
o This policy, along with changes if any, will be available on Weberp.
o Pre-information and approval is mandatory to avail Work From Home.

Expectations from Reporting Managers

o Reporting Managers must create Productivity Matrices to measure the performance of


the employee who is on ‘work from Home’
o Adequate supervisory contact and/or employee accountability must be maintained.
o The Reporting Manager shall establish and implement a daily review report,
appropriate to the nature of work.

Expectations from Employees

o Employees must stay connected to internet and available on phone during the office
hours (9am to 6 pm) for business purposes
o Work From Home daily performance deliverables will be the same as Work From Office.
o Work From Home is not an entitlement and can be revoked at the discretion of the
management at appropriate time
o Employees should be available to reach office within maximum of 3 hours of intimation,
whenever required, to meet any business exigencies.
