DISCRIMINATION :
Gender-based pay discrimination has been illegal since 1963 but is
still a frequent, widespread practice—particularly for women of
color. It can thrive especially in workplaces that discourage open
discussion of wages and where employees fear. Beyond explicit
decisions to pay women less than men, employers may
discriminate in pay when they rely on prior salary history in hiring
and compensation decisions; this can enable pay decisions that
could have been influenced by discrimination to follow women from
job to job.
OBJECTIVES :
● Oftenly women choose different jobs and those jobs pay less because getting an
barriers in their personal life.

● Part - Time work is penalised even for same level of skills, same kind of
occupation and same sector so they more likely to do part time i.e the salary can
be low

● Women take a less wage cut because of having an child basically taking care of
the children and male gets the premium to have a child.
(A parenthood premium for male and parenthood cost for female)

● Globally, women spend 3 time more as much time a men on unpaid work.
(Household activity and parenthood)
CONCLUSION :
● A women has to pay very large number things they should have like their skills,
abilities, position and your social interaction.

● Let's look forward when you were asked for your salary or may you don't even ask
for!! Because you are very certain about the salary you are paying off.

● You just accept that salary and manage all your stuff all your chaos within that certain
amount of money.

● WOMEN should have the willingness to getting more pay off.

● In that negotiation tell about your skills tell about your abilities to get paid too.
