1) What is your ideal family ?

a) The funny family is the best , from my own perspective , and this is
because of various reasons among which is relieving stress in such a
stressful world in addition to building up a stable character . Thinking
deeply, no one can ever feel inferior, superior ,annoyed or
pessimistic among humourous family members.
b) There is open communication among all family members.
*Communication does not go through one person. Mom does not
act as the interpreter.
*There is not a "message carrier" in the family. Children are
encouraged and allowed to speak for themselves.
c) Conflict is allowed.
*Family members are allowed to disagree with one another and
voice their disagreement.
*When conflict occurs, it is resolved.
*There is freedom and safety within the family for mistakes and
failures.
*There is forgiveness and "a moving on" from conflict.
d) Family members have an attitude of service toward one
another and others.
*This attitude typically begins when a child is quite young. The
young child frequently wants to "help." Although the task will
most likely take longer, allowing the child to help will encourage
the child to feel a part of the family.
*Family members purposely serve one another.
*The whole family serves others.
Although families are not always structured with these
characteristics, families and relationships are dynamic and
changeable. With purpose, patience and time, positive change is
possible in family dynamics.
e) congenial = friendly
f) supportive
g)understanding

2) What do you like to do with your family

members?
a) Reading= a traditional activity, I know, but it does break the routine
and help us all strengthen the bond and refresh those blood ties.
b) Shopping= it sounds crazy for some , but I believe that when I shop
with any of my siblings or parents ,I get re-informed and updated about
their mood, likes ,dislikes and new favourables in a subtle and friendly
way.
c)Home Video Night:
Everyone adores to see themselves when they were younger. Dad always
pops in a tape of their younger days or create a slideshow using pictures
of them growing up. Mom and dad’s wedding tapes also fascinate us.
d). Interactive Movie Night:
We love to watch a movie together as a family. A great way to keep this
idea interactive includes watching a film with a controversial message
and discussing it afterwards. This way we learn value lessons as well.
We also watch age-appropriate documentaries about environmental or
world issues, and stimulate discussion.
e) Engage In A Family Competition:
An art contest, may be? All it takes is some crayons, markers, paper,
glue, tape and some odds and ends from around the house. When we get
involved as a family in a group task, we do encourage feelings of self-
esteem and competence. Dad ,sometimes, makes the task more
memorable by giving a little prize to each winner , for his or her
creation.
f) Cook And Eat:
Always remember the family who eats together, stays together. So mom
makes it a point to have a “Family Meal Night”, where everyone
prepares food; we sometimes even have a world cuisine day, and enjoy
delicacies from various countries. This is a great lesson in teamwork and
everyone will love the tasty meal cooked together. We encourage one
another to come with our own dish, of course with mom ☺ as a helper
along the way!
g. Barbecue:
A barbecue is the best idea for outdoor activities. We call our family
members and prepare for a barbecue party. Each family memeber can
take up one responsibility; the one with the largest garden or open space
can host the party. Family bonding activities are a great way to bond and
a humble as well as indelible treat never hurts, does it?
h. Beach Day
Every weekend we go to the nearest beach in town. Make sand castles,
take a dip in the water, play games on the beach. Going to the beach is
super fun when you are with your family. I feel the bond with them in a
carnival of fun. Collecting shells is also a very cool idea and my brothers
never know it may become a hobby when it actually is.
I. Visit A Zoo:
It is always fun to go see wild animals in the zoo! This is the kind of
activity that is fun and serves all age groups. We go to the nearest zoo or
sanctuary in our city. It’s a great way to have a short break and helps us
connect with nature.

J. Camping:
Grab a tent and tell stories while sitting around the campfire. Dad asks
the children in the family to identify animals and the noises of insect or
something interesting like collecting backyard materials for making a
project. It is beneficial to remember all the time that fun doesn’t have to
cost money.

3)What have you done with your friends

recently?
1) I envisage that an outdoor activity is ,always, my best cup of tea.
Despite being tremendously busy within my studies and assignments,
an outing to play a football match , have lunch or dinner in a cozy
place or just gathering in a club for some gossips is my saver after
the long, working hours.
2) move night
3) football match
4) cards competition
4) How do you use social media to keep in
contact with your friends?
a) These days, reliance on smart phones and the internet can be a
little absurd. If your phone dies or the internet goes down anxiety
immediately kicks in and your mind races with questions such as…
What if my friends text me to go out tonight? How am I going to
survive the train ride home without any music? What if something
funny happens and I need to tweet about it? Having a phone means
being connected to and in the know with friends and family.
b) Text Messaging— If I would rather send instantaneous messages
back and forth with a single friend or family member , I’d always
prefer text messaging.
c) And of course, Twitter—When I don’t have the time to write up
an entire blog entry or upload hundreds of pictures, but I want to
share a thought or a single photo with my friends and family back
at home then I’d rather tweet it! A single tweet cannot exceed 140
characters therefore I must keep your idea short, sweet and to the
point.
d) Sharing Photos—Aside from writing about my experiences, I
need to share photos of the beautiful location I am visiting and
“selfies” taken with new friends I ’ve made along the journey! I am
not huge on taking photos ,so I only plan on uploading a few over
the course of my outing or trip, consequently I use Instagram, an
app that allows me to upload individual photos, apply filters and
edit them as well.
e) I am an avid photographer, so when travelling I either create
albums on my Facebook or registering for a Flickr account. Flickr
is a high quality website used strictly for sharing photos.
5) What are the best uses of mobile
technology?
1) A very punctual reminder
2) A portable library
3) a ready notebook
4)location based services
5) trip advisor

6) How does music enrich the lives of people?

A) The more we use music to bring us together the more potential for
increased empathy, social connection and cooperation. Music reduces
stress and anxiety: Research has shown that listening to music at
least music with slow tempo and low pitch can calm people down even
during highly stressful and painful events.
b) People are born with the ability to tell the difference between music
and noise. Our brains actually have different pathways for processing
different parts of music including pitch, melody, rhythm, and tempo.
And, fast music can actually increase your heart rate, breathing, and
blood pressure, while slower music tends to have the opposite effect.

c) While the effects of music on people are not fully understood, studies
have shown that when you hear music to your liking, the brain actually
releases a chemical called dopamine that has positive effects on mood.
Music can make us feel strong emotions, such as joy, sadness, or fear—
some will agree that it has the power to move us. According to some
researchers, music may even have the power to improve our health and
well-being.
d)Improves exercise. Studies suggest that music can enhance aerobic
exercise, boost mental and physical stimulation, and increase overall
performance.

e)Improves memory. Research has shown that the repetitive elements of

rhythm and melody help our brains form patterns that enhance memory.
Instudy of stroke survivors, listening to music helped them experience more
verbal memory, less confusion, and better focused attention.

f)Eases pain. In studies of patients recovering from surgery, those who

listened to music before, during, or after surgery had less pain and more
overall satisfaction compared with patients who did not listen to music as part
of their care.

g) Provides comfort. Music therapy has also been used to help enhance
communication, coping, and expression of feelings such as fear, loneliness,
and anger in patients who have a serious illness, and who are in end-of-life
care.

h)Improves cognition. Listening to music can also help people with

Alzheimer’s recall seemingly lost memories and even help maintain some
mental abilities.

i)Helps children with autism spectrum disorder. Studies of children with

autism spectrum disorder who received music therapy showed improvement
in social responses, communication skills, and attention skills.

7)What is the best film you have seen at the

cinema? Why?
Don’t forget to add what made it your best film .i.e. the moral lesson you
did learn or the change that has occurred over your character
8) Why do you think so many people like to
play sport?
a) Psychology and communications professors say there is no reason to be
alarmed. Rooting for sports teams and athletes provides a sense of belonging for
fans — known as sports identification. And sports offer an escape from the daily
grind of work and life. Rooting for a team also bolsters self-esteem and creates a
sense of pride. Even if it is basking in the glow of a single victory.
b) You’ll learn to focus and manage your time.
Sports require time and commitment, but most players usually perform
better in school and are more likely to be involved in clubs or
community service. How is this possible? Playing a sport requires
teenagers to develop two important skills: focus and time management.
Focus and time management are crucial traits in people who get things
done and accomplish their short and long-term goals.

6. You’ll strengthen your college resume.

Though it should not be the main reason to join a sport, it’s a fact that
colleges and universities do favor applicants who are well-rounded.
Playing a sport will not only pad your resume, it will usually tell the
admissions counselor that you are disciplined, confident and work well
with others. It may say that you have more than student potential … you
have leadership potential.

7. You’ll have an advantage in the workplace.

Not all people who play sports are “dumb jocks.” In fact, there are
studies indicating that girls and boys who played sports are more likely
to land higher-status jobs than those who did not.

9)How do you celebrate your birthday?

10)Why is it important to continue local
customs?
a) Interesting question and I’m going to go out on a limb here , but I
have seen so people with backgrounds other than just born here, pass on
their heritage culture and tradition to their children Examples would be
the tradition of Jewish Barmitzfa and food, Polish food and Polkas,
Italian food and Tarantellas, Spanish dances and food, Ukranian dances
and food Asian, Indian and the list goes on. And of course their language
as well . There are many other things they pass on as well and I barely
scratched the surface. In view of that it would seem too natural to pass
on ones heritage.
b) Local customs contribute a sense of comfort and belonging. It brings
families together and enables people to reconnect with friends.

c) Tradition reinforces/ strengthens values such as freedom, faith,

integrity, a good education, personal responsibility, a strong work
ethic, and the value of being selfless.

d) Tradition provides a forum to showcase role models and celebrate the

things that really matter in life.

e) Tradition offers a chance to say “thank you” for the contribution that
someone has made.

f) Tradition enables us to showcase the principles of our Founding

Fathers, celebrate diversity, and unite as a country.

g) Tradition serves as an avenue /meeting point for creating lasting

memories for our families and friends.

h) Tradition offers an excellent context for meaningful pause and

reflection/ to stop for a vacation and reflect on your life and habits

i) Leaders, role models, and parents must strive to utilize every

opportunity available to us to reinforce the values and beliefs that we
hold dear. The alternative to action is taking these values for granted.
The result is that our beliefs will get so indelible, over time, that our way
of life will become foreign to us. It’s like good health. You may take it
for granted until you lose it. If we disregard our values, we’ll open our
eyes one day and won’t be able to recognize “our world” anymore. The
values that support the backbone of our country, our family, and our
faith will have drifted for so long that the fabric of our society will be
torn.
