2. According to you, how the project is created?
3. Naming the title of project is important? Why?
4. If you love doing research, what should you do in order to apply for the research funding
as Principal Investigator in the future?

Answer

1. Project is A unique set of co-ordinated activities, with definite starting and finishing points,
undertaken by an individual or organization to meet specific objectives within defined
schedule, cost and performance parameters. While, Project management is the application
of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project
requirements.
2. How the project is created?
▪ Step 1: Identify and meet with stakeholders
▪ Step 2: Set and prioritize goals
▪ Step 3: Define deliverables
▪ Step 4: Create the project schedule
▪ Step 5: Identify issues and complete a risk assessment
▪ Step 6: Present the project plan to stakeholders

3. The project name is critical because all people have to remember it and will help you in
stakeholders’ engagement and makes you to understand the main goal of the Project work
and deliverables.
4. To apply for research funding as a Principal Investigator in the future, you should:
▪ Develop a research idea and plan that aligns with the funding agency's priorities
and objectives.
▪ Build a strong research team with diverse expertise and skills.
▪ Identify potential funding sources and carefully review their guidelines and
requirements.

▪ Prepare a compelling grant proposal that clearly articulates the research question,
methodology, and expected outcomes.
▪ Seek feedback and support from colleagues, mentors, and grant reviewers to
improve the proposal.
▪ Submit the proposal on time and follow up with the funding agency as needed.
