JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 Conduct EHS induction training to new employees and contractor’s employees.

 Daily inspection of plant for unsafe act/unsafe condition and Ensure

corrective action.

 Strict implementation of permit to work (PTW) system.

 Investigate the all accident / incident, Near Miss report and find out the root cause
by (5-Why) analysis.

 Act as secretary to Safety Committee Meeting.

 Maintain the Occupational Health Centre and Ambulance.

 Conduct Mock-Drill and Monitor the Mock-Drill exercise.

 Carry out HAZOP study and Pre Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) in plant.

 Prepare SOP, JSA and HIRA.

 Maintaining legal documentation.

 Check the status of Hoist, Lift, Tool Tackle & Pressure Vessel of periodic
external inspection.

 Keep a record of all safety meetings, injuries and property damages.

Conduct HSE inspections/audits and Occupational health surveys.

 Inspection & Maintenance of all firefighting equipment, SCBA, and

First Aid kits etc.

 Inspection/ Cross checking of Electrical Power Tools (Like Welding, Grinding,

Drilling, Chipping, Cutting etc.).

 Prepare Emergency Evacuation Plan (ERP), make Emergency Response Team

(ERT) and conduct the training.

 Maintaining documentation and Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS

18001 System.
