Work Profile:

Contract Labor Management:


 Responsible to verify documents at the time of joining.
 Responsible to maintain required contract manpower at in plant.
 Responsible to send contractors man-days report to management on daily basis.
 Responsible to conduct weekly meeting with contactors for smooth supply of manpower and
for the proper fulfillment of compliance as per contract labor act.
