Roles and Responsibilities

 Daily site safety audit/inspection round, identify unsafe conditions/unsafe act/unsafe


work practices & any non-compliance observation and address to concerned
section/department for CAPA actions.
 Hazard identification and risk assessment for existing as well as new activities and
