How to pull data from PsychSurveys into the DASS data set

1. Log in to PsychSurveys.
2. On the left menu bar, click “Data Exports”
3. Click on “DASS-23”
4. Open the file.
5. The only columns you need are:
a. Date completed (column B)
b. Patient code (column E)
c. Individual scores (columns P-AL)
d. Subscores (columns L, M, N)
NOTE: to see which questions correspond to which column you can also refer to the
second sheet labeled “Questions”
6. In the top right corner, choose “Sort & Filter” > Custom sort
7. And then sort by “Patient code”
NOTE: sometimes when sorting by patient code, the date column may not always
be in chronological order so keep an eye out for that.
no time stamps are needed, just the dates
8. Copy and paste the data to the data set. If any of the individual or subscores are blank,
enter -999 into the data set.
