Subject: Proposal for Development of E-Waste Management System.

Dear Ma’am,

I am writing to propose the development of an E-Waste Management System, aimed at facilitating

the efficient management and recycling of electronic waste through an online platform. This
system will streamline the process for sellers to responsibly dispose of their e-waste while
providing the administrative team with the tools to organize, recycle, and manage the products
effectively.

Project Overview:
The E-Waste Management System will consist of the following key components:

User Interface: A user-friendly website allowing sellers to register, list their e-waste items for
sale, and track the status of their listings.

Backend Admin Panel: A secure and robust administrative panel enabling authorized personnel
to manage and organize incoming e-waste listings, review product details, and initiate recycling
processes.

Database Integration: Integration of MySQL database to store user information, product listings,
and administrative data securely.

Functionalities: Features enabling the admin to categorize, track, and assign e-waste items to
recycling facilities, along with the ability to post recycled products for sale or redistribution.

Technical Stack:
The proposed technology stack for this project includes:

HTML, CSS for front-end development

PHP for server-side scripting
MySQL for database management
